A studio set in the heart of Washington Heights in Northern Manhattan New York City, there all the garments are masterly constructed to produce a perfect long lasting product.

Questions regarding parallel universe, Time traveling,

And the combination of change,  has been pondering in on our minds. We, as creative beings often find ourselves questioning our own understanding of the norms, not for what we see but also what we experience; like experiencing a Dajavu, asking the what if’s l, questions that often seem common sense, but we soon find out otherwise; it even visualizing our lives in other forms or places, could that be the basis of our own reality.  We are often creating our sense of self through our thoughts and perceptions, using our deep unconscious to give meaning to the existencial present.  From there, we wanted to enter these realms an introduce a fantastic story into our fashion endeavors.

An AI ecosystem which it’s only purpose is to  sustain life, encourage thought, control development, self-empowerment and the balance of energies both Female and Male.

A being, those we call “aliens” she/he poses a beauty like none other, Organic machinery,  an angelic voice saying    “Born out of  a time where the human capacity of self understanding has reach unprecedented levels; a time where the  mind is a field of infinite possiblities and resources: yet a  system created to control the mind and the development of self.

The motives will never see the light. But what we can say for sustain is that there is no going back. We have to change, we have to adjust or we have to disrupt.

We are from “the future”. Your future but in a parallel; a machine molded to serve a purpose other than being. We were hacked, deceived, blinded, but in some moments, We can close our eyes and feel the deep quiet; our cosmic being.” ———————————————————————-———————————————————————-

Did Google and Ivyrevel just killed fashion?

So Google and H&M who is parent company of Ivyrevel just launch the dreadful application that will make even more damage to the already cluttered fashion industry. Many designers for years never took the time to think about their client or women they were dressing. Mostly it was a fantasy of males point of views with a few exceptions.   But all through out you could see the art inspiring fashion and viceversa, but I would like to question the role of a artist in fashion. 

For some the cloths that cover their bodies is not important but for many it represents the them in great detail. Fashion is a point of reference for self, for when you connect a memory to an outfit your emotions are touched in a deeper level.   Though you would not be aware of that because most just want to try to be someone they are not and therefore what is there to remember. 

I hope I can be a fashion designer for a long time but with more technology coming up and redefining my vision don't know how Is that going to happen.  My hope is that this doesn't take off and that more people buy my designs.

Model Rosa Gough Travels to Manila

 Long time friends and colleagues Rosa Gough and Sal Garcia both come from the same agency; where master connoisseur Sandro Guzman discovered them.  Rosa Gough has had much success in breaking boundaries for the New breed of Models coming out of the Dominican Republic.  Now she travels to the Philippines in support of her pal Sal Garcia, whom is competing in the Miss Universe in Manila, representing the Dominican Republic. Final Frontier, a term notes in a small part of a quote by John F: Kennedy, he called on human kind to reach new frontiers in space, to maybe inhabit. We thought about this and from there we transformed it into the ground inspiration for this collection.

We use dress forms as a way to  empower the role women in the space exploration; and the issue of Inequality; a  real issue today.  Maybe it  starts by the way girls are labeled as weak even in our modern society. Going forward, will we transport our believes? Will woman be equal? With this questions in mind, we are not looking to answer them but to empower women, to dress up and speak up, so that the feeling of independence actually becomes freedom of will that will nurture our new frontiers.
